This course is aimed at in-house trainers or HR staff who will be carrying out training for employees. An understanding of equality and diversity is required, but you will not need in-depth knowledge. Those with previous training delivery experience will also find the course very beneficial and rewarding.

Participants will be expected to contribute to discussions and practical activities within a small group setting.

The course is highly interactive with a structured approach and a lively pace. Sound educational principles and practical activities are carefully blended with discussion and reflection to provide a stimulating and motivating experience for all participants.

How is the course taught?

This is a face-to-face course taught by experienced professionals. It offers a range of methods to help participants develop both skills and knowledge. These include direct formal input, small and large group discussions and exercises and case study material.

For a small additional charge, we will provide a pack of training resources that can be used to help with the training of your employees. Cost

Our In-House course rates are as follows:

  • Full day (One trainer - up to 20 participants): £795
  • Half day (up to 3 hour sessions): £495


We can do 2 separate half day sessions in a full day for the full day rate

For groups of more than 20, we can provide more trainers or split the delegates into smaller groups


Notes:

  • Travel and subsistence costs are in addition

Booking an in-house training course constitutes a legally binding agreement. If you have not heard from us within 7 days prior to the event please contact Registrations on 0161 763 4783.

Cancellations notified more than four weeks in advance of the Course will incur no charges. Cancellations made less than four weeks before the event will be charged on a sliding scale - see our Costs and Agreement document. We will not be held liable for the non-arrival of registration information.
