There are many forms of flexible working. It can describe a place of work, for example working from home, or a type of contract, such as a temporary contract. Other common variations include:flexitime, job sharing, part time working or shift work. Having a flexible workng policy in these crcumstances makes good business sense.
This one day workshop focuses on what the characteristics are of a flexible working policy, looks at the benefits for employers and employees and preparing a process to review multiple flexible working requests.
