Currently people and communities experiencing racial inequalities do not have a formal space where they can voice their needs and have those needs understood by people representing their communities/with their lived experiences
We are reaching out to children/young people, parents, guardians to explore the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (S.W.O.T) of services provided to them and feed this back to service providers
Currently there is not a space for ethnically diverse people to feedback on their lived experiences of service delivery in education, care, and youth services. Often they just receive what is on offer with little or no adjustments made for their cultural needs
