I am sad, I am frustrated, anxious, and stressed.

I am hurt by the denial of the racism, microaggressions and stress.

I am devastated that despite the evidence being clear.

A lot of you deny the racist experiences that BAME people fear.

I have asked many of you to define racism, the term.

None of you can and refuse to listen or to learn.

Black and Brown people experience racism every single day.
Their lived experiences are minimised, simply thrown away.

Racism needs to be acknowledged, challenged, and packed away.

It is on the rise, believe it. Change the way we accept it, call it out.

Black/Brown people need you to stand up, advocate acceptance of

diversity and help others to know what racism is about.

Think before you deny it exists, what do you really know about racism

               and how it destroys?

Stop denying that racism exists. Stop the racist trolling and the racist

               noise.
