This game will help you and your colleagues grow in your knowledge and commitment to promoting EDI in your workplace.
The aim of this game is to encourage meaningful conversations and learning about EDI. Participants will be asked a series of questions under the 5Cs framework to stimulate thoughtful discussions. As you engage with these questions, you'll gain a deeper understanding of the Equality Act, protected characteristics, types of discrimination, reasonable adjustments, inappropriate language, leadership and management in EDI, and the impact of bullying.
