1. Set up your EDI Roadmap
The first thing to remember when tackling the daunting task of setting your EDI
roadmap for the year, is that inclusion is not a one-person job, nor is it a set of
policies written down without action planning.
The road to embedding EDI into your organisation will require not only the support
of management and EDI leads professionals, but commitment from staff, service
users, partners and stakeholders.
While the environment that we operate in means that whatever plans you make
are likely to change in some shape or form, it’s essential to have an EDI roadmap to
help you identify and prioritise your objectives.
