The following poem has been written to address the growing concern

over the presence of racism among individuals working in crucial
sectors such as social services, the police, the NHS, and other

organisations that serve our diverse communities.

It reflects the disturbing reality that some of those entrusted with the

responsibility to protect, serve, and care for all citizens are, in fact,

promoting hatred and inequality through their social media

               platforms.

The poem serves as a call to action for each of us to stand against

               such behaviour.

If we come across racist or discriminatory posts made by individuals

employed in these sectors, it is our duty to report them to their

               employers.

These organisations, committed to upholding the law and ensuring

fair treatment for all, would undoubtedly be concerned to learn that

some of their employees are undermining these values.

By bringing these instances to light, we help ensure that those in

positions of trust are held accountable and that our communities
remain safe and inclusive for everyone.
