We support organisations to support/manage staff mental ill health. Our team are skilled in: Spotting the early signs of mental health issues Able to offer and provide initial help to staff experiencing mental health issues Help to preserve life when individuals are at risk of harm to themselves or others Help stop mental health from getting worse Promoting recovery of mental health Guiding individuals towards appropriate treatment and other sources of help Understanding the stigma that exists around mental health
