Scoring and Interpretation
To interpret the results, calculate the average score for each section and
the overall assessment:
1-2: Significant improvement needed. Immediate action is required to
address gaps.
3: Adequate, but there is room for improvement. Focus on identified
areas to enhance cultural competency and support.
4-5: Strong performance. Continue to maintain and build upon current
practices.
By regularly using this assessment tool, organisations can ensure they are
providing culturally competent and effective support to neurodiverse
individuals from diverse backgrounds.
