Course Overview

Creating an inclusive workplace is everyone's responsibility. This practical workshop helps employees understand the value that neurodivergent colleagues bring to the organisation while developing the confidence to work inclusively with people who think, communicate and work differently.

The session focuses on increasing awareness, challenging unconscious bias, improving communication and developing practical techniques that support positive working relationships. Rather than focusing on individual conditions, delegates will learn how to create an environment where everyone can contribute and succeed.

Course Aims

The course aims to:

  • Increase understanding of neurodiversity within the workplace.
  • Promote awareness, acceptance and inclusion.
  • Help colleagues recognise the strengths neurodivergent employees bring.
  • Challenge unconscious bias and workplace assumptions.
  • Develop practical communication skills that support inclusive working.
  • Encourage employees to contribute to an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Increase confidence in raising concerns and seeking appropriate support.

By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:

  • Explain what neurodiversity means in the workplace.
  • Recognise the strengths and value of neurodiverse colleagues.

Costs and Delegate Numbers

Our pricing is as follows:

  • £595 for a half day session
  • £895 for a full day session
  • Two half day sessions delivered on the same day are charged at the full day rate
  • Please note that the half day rate is not always available for face to face sessions

Delegate numbers:

  • Online sessions: maximum of 15 delegates per session
  • Face to face sessions: recommended maximum of 20 delegates
