Banter can be a positive part of workplace culture — helping people bond, relax, and build trust. But when humour crosses a line, even unintentionally, it can leave colleagues feeling excluded, embarrassed, or uncomfortable. That’s where our training comes in.
Our Workplace Banter session helps teams understand the difference between friendly humour and behaviour that can cause harm. It gives staff the confidence to recognise when banter is going too far, and practical tools to keep interactions respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable for everyone.
