Advanced EDI training tailored to your organisation. Build confident, inclusive leadership and embed equality across policies, culture and everyday practice.
Advanced EDI practice requires more than awareness — it demands confident leadership, critical thinking and the ability to embed inclusion into everyday decision‑making. This course supports experienced practitioners and senior staff to deepen their understanding of structural inequality, intersectionality and organisational culture. It’s a powerful programme for organisations ready to move beyond compliance and lead with integrity, fairness and purpose.

Open courses are public Equality and Diversity UK training dates that anyone can book onto, ideal when you only need training for one or two people.
