In these stressful times reach out.
We all need support in this vast, trying sphere,
To build an inclusive culture, to banish all fear.
If your team feels ashamed to ask or to plead,
Then failure has struck, and it’s change that you need.
No matter your status, your skills, or your pride,
There'll come a time when you need to confide.
There’s no shame in seeking a hand or an ear,
In unity, strength will always appear.
Far too often we witness the downfall of peers,
Leaders and colleagues, succumb to their fears.
They struggle in silence, too embarrassed to show,
That success often blossoms from the help that we sow.
The best kind of victory is one that's shared,
A triumph of teamwork, a bond that's declared.
Support those around you, in every small way,
For team success brightens the darkest of days.
Others can teach us what we never knew,
With hands that uplift, and hearts that are true.
A shoulder to cry on, or ears that will hear,
Let your people confide, let them feel no fear.
Together we stand, divided we fall,
We can change the world if we answer the call.
In unity, we find the strength to endure,
In teamwork, a future that’s bright and secure.
