Neurodiversity at Work for Managers

Training for managers to understand neurodiversity, support staff effectively and create inclusive workplace environments.

Neurodiversity at Work for Managers Training Course

Managing Neurodiverse Teams

Course Overview

Managing neurodiverse teams requires an individualised approach that recognises different ways of thinking, communicating and working. This practical workshop equips managers with the confidence and skills to support neurodivergent colleagues without making assumptions or adopting a “one size fits all” approach.

The course focuses on practical management techniques rather than clinical information or specific conditions. Managers will develop the skills to hold supportive conversations, understand the importance of reasonable adjustments, adapt their management style to individual needs and create psychologically safe, inclusive workplaces where everyone can perform at their best.

Through interactive activities, case studies and workplace scenarios, managers leave with practical tools they can immediately apply within their teams.
