The Importance of Thinking Before you Speak

Before we speak, we need to T.H.I.N.K. We need to ask:

T – Is what I’m saying True?

H – Is it Helpful?

I – Is it Inspiring?
N – Is it Necessary?

K – Is it Kind?

If our words are not all of these things, we should not say those

words.

Written today after a long chat about immigration and why certain

groups should not be here and those that should integrate to British

religions, culture and values
