Think before you speak
In England's green and pleasant land,
Where cultures mix, and grow, and stand,
Muslims work, in every field,
Their worth to all, is soon revealed.
In trade and shops, they ply their trade,
In bustling marts, their efforts made.
In transport, driving, hauling loads,
They pave the paths and smooth the roads.
In healthcare halls, with tender care,
They heal the sick, with love to spare.
In schools, they teach, inspire young minds,
Their wisdom shared, of many kinds.
In food and drink, in rooms so bright,
They cook, they serve, from morn to night.
Entrepreneurs, with dreams so grand,
They build up businesses, across the land.
To those who say, they drain and laze,
Just look around and see their blaze.
Without their hands, our world would stall,
Their daily toil uplifts us all.
So, cherish them, our Muslim kin,
For without them, we'd not begin
To thrive and grow, in unity,
A richer land, for you and me.
Their value shines, their worth is clear,
In every role, they persevere.
Let's honour them, and show our grace,
For in their strength, we find our place.
