Ensure staff are trained and have opportunities to learn
• Staff training opportunities are a great way to build the
capacity of the learning provider to address incidents of
discriminatory language/behaviour and create inclusive
learning environments.
• This creates a consistency in approach and improves
competence and confidence in this area.
