Hope

In a world filled with shadows and pain,

News of hate and brutality leaves us feeling low.

Seeing someone kicked and stamped on, defenceless on the ground,

               Hearing others justify such acts,
It breaks our hearts and makes us worry for our children and

               ourselves.

We are deeply affected by the inhumanity and inequality around us.

To see hope, we must see each other as human beings,
Not divided by skin colour, religion, or any other differences.

Until we embrace our shared humanity,

The world will remain unfair and divided.

But even in these dark times, hope can light our way.
We dream of a future where love and justice prevail,

Where everyone is united in peace and harmony.

Every act of kindness brings us closer to this dream.

Hold on to hope, for together we can create a better world,

Where everyone is valued and treated with respect.
