Make use of specialist expertise in relation to race equality
issues when you need to.
Liaise with colleagues and others with specialist race equality
knowledge to ensure systems have the flexibility to promote
race.
Work out solutions to competing demands for resources that
do not compromise on equal participation in and enjoyment of
learning by learners with diverse needs.
Develop SMART race equality objectives.
Be clear about the parts everyone must play and the steps that
will be taken to achieve these race equality objectives.
Monitor, review and report on progress towards these race
equality objectives.
Publish one or more SMART race equality objectives at least
every four years in a form the public can access.
Evidence your organisation’s compliance with the public sector
equality duty.
