Make reasonable adjustments


              Identify learners and others who have conditions, disabilities

                   or other difficulties and plan adjustments to help them

                   contribute and participate fully and equally.

              Ask learners and others what you could do to make activities

                   more accessible to them.


              Make the environment and equipment accessible to all.

              Make good use of the specialist support available for learners

                   and others.

              Treat people as individuals – they still require individual

                   strategies to meet their needs even if they share the same

                   protected characteristic or condition.

              Ensure written materials for use by learners and others, such

                   as handouts and presentations, meet accessibility guidelines

                   for legibility and readability
