Make reasonable adjustments
Identify learners and others who have conditions, disabilities
or other difficulties and plan adjustments to help them
contribute and participate fully and equally.
Ask learners and others what you could do to make activities
more accessible to them.
Make the environment and equipment accessible to all.
Make good use of the specialist support available for learners
and others.
Treat people as individuals – they still require individual
strategies to meet their needs even if they share the same
protected characteristic or condition.
Ensure written materials for use by learners and others, such
as handouts and presentations, meet accessibility guidelines
for legibility and readability
