Consider all, the layered strife,
Race, gender, and socioeconomic life.
Disability, sexuality, too,
Shape the challenges they go through.
Train everyone to understand,
Make bias training, strong and planned.
Ensure this learning is a must,
For knowledge builds a better trust.
Employee groups, a voice, a place,
Empower them with needed space.
Foster talk, support so true,
Safe havens where they can renew.
South Asian Heritage Month, be wise,
Hold space for those with troubled eyes.
Not all Muslims share this hue,
But honour all in what we do.
Engage with communities, fight the hate,
Partner with those who clean the slate.
Volunteer days to heal and mend,
Our streets and hearts, we must defend.
Make your stance and make it clear,
Condemn the violence, zero fear.
Be anti-racist, truly fight,
For equal days and peaceful night.
These challenges won’t fade away,
Commit to change, come what may.
Every day, let’s break the chains,
Till justice walks where love sustains
