But fostering is a skill, it is an experience, and it is a hard turn.
But when you see the child grow, achieve, blossom, and learn.
You smile and you dance, and you sing, and you sway.
Because that child that joined you at six is all grown and going away
To university, to London, to the States or somewhere new
They are older, wiser and can now care for themselves and for you.
Your job is done but others are in need.
To care for, to support and to feed.
Be a foster carer and make that call.
It is the most fantas�c achievement of all.
