Tailored anti-racism training for organisations. Equip staff to recognise racism, challenge bias and embed inclusive, equitable workplace culture.
Becoming actively anti‑racist means recognising how racism operates — historically, socially and institutionally — and taking deliberate steps to challenge it. This course helps participants explore bias, privilege and discrimination, and understand how these forces shape everyday experiences. Through lived examples, guided reflection and practical strategies, delegates learn how to identify racist behaviour, respond confidently and contribute to a culture where equality is championed. It’s an empowering workshop that builds awareness, courage and commitment to meaningful change.
In‑house courses are private sessions delivered exclusively for a group of people from your organisation, on a date that suits you, with the option to tailor the content to your staff and setting.
Open courses are public Equality and Diversity UK training dates that anyone can book onto, ideal when you only need training for one or two people.
