MHFA England registered training course teaching practical skills to recognise, support and respond to mental health issues in the workplace.
This course raises awareness of mental health, teaches practical skills for starting supportive conversations, and provides a toolkit for maintaining personal wellbeing. Delegates explore common mental health conditions, workplace impacts, early‑intervention strategies and how to support colleagues experiencing distress. The course is registered with MHFA England and delivered by a qualified instructor. Training is interactive, combining group activities, discussions, quizzes and shared practice to build confidence and understanding.
In‑house courses are private sessions delivered exclusively for a group of people from your organisation, on a date that suits you, with the option to tailor the content to your staff and setting.
