Advanced EDI Training Course

Advanced Equality and Diversity Training

Advanced EDI practice requires more than awareness — it demands confident leadership, critical thinking and the ability to embed inclusion into everyday decision‑making. This course supports experienced practitioners and senior staff to deepen their understanding of structural inequality, intersectionality and organisational culture. Through real‑world scenarios, reflective analysis and practical tools, delegates learn how to influence change, challenge barriers and drive meaningful progress across policies, behaviours and systems. It’s a powerful programme for organisations ready to move beyond compliance and lead with integrity, fairness and purpose.

In‑House vs Open Courses

In‑house courses are private sessions delivered exclusively for a group of people from your organisation, on a date that suits you, with the option to tailor the content to your staff and setting.

Open courses are public Equality and Diversity UK training dates that anyone can book onto, ideal when you only need training for one or two people.
