Equality Champions Training Course

Equality Champions Training Course

Equality Champions play a vital role in shaping inclusive, respectful and fair workplaces. This course equips staff with the knowledge, confidence and practical tools to advocate for equality, challenge inappropriate behaviour and support colleagues across diverse backgrounds. Delegates explore key legislation, lived experiences and organisational responsibilities, learning how to model inclusive practice and influence positive cultural change. It’s an inspiring programme that empowers Champions to lead with empathy, clarity and purpose.

In‑House vs Open Courses

In‑house courses are private sessions delivered exclusively for a group of people from your organisation, on a date that suits you, with the option to tailor the content to your staff and setting.

Open courses are public Equality and Diversity UK training dates that anyone can book onto, ideal when you only need training for one or two people.
