Creating an inclusive workplace begins with understanding people — their identities, experiences and the barriers they may face. This course introduces the foundations of equality, diversity and inclusion, helping delegates explore bias, discrimination, protected characteristics and respectful communication. Through practical examples and reflective learning, participants gain the confidence to support colleagues, challenge unfair behaviour and contribute to a culture where everyone feels valued. It’s an essential programme for organisations committed to fairness and belonging.

Designed for all staff levels, this training helps you understand your responsibilities, challenge discrimination and promote positive, respectful working environments.
